Inji Studios Buyback & Repurchase Terms

1. Transfer of Ownership Upon Payout: The Seller certifies they are the lawful owner of the stated asset, free of liens or encumbrances. Ownership transfers to Inji Studios immediately upon disbursement of payout funds.

2. Right of Repurchase: Inji Studios grants the Seller an exclusive right to repurchase the asset on or before the agreed Repurchase Date by paying the Total Repurchase Price in full.

3. Default & Forfeiture Timeline: If the Seller fails to repurchase on or before the due date, a standard 48-hour grace period applies. After expiration, Inji Studios holds the irrevocable right to liquidate or resell the asset without further notice.

4. Custody & Data: Inji Studios holds the asset in safe custody and is not liable for pre-existing internal faults or personal data loss. The Seller is advised to wipe personal data before handover.

5. Stolen Property Indemnity: Under Section 318 of the Penal Code of Zambia, pledging stolen property is a criminal offense. The Seller unconditionally indemnifies Inji Studios from any legal claims.
